A parting shot or two...
In all likelihood I'll be going radio silent for a while here. My flight is early on tomorrow morning, and I'll be back Saturday. Chances are that you will then either hear of my victory, or read about the incident in the wire service report. At some level I'm nervous, considering that I've lost my appetite, and it practically takes a life threatening incident to turn me away from food.
For the record, despite a SNAFU in finding my polling location, I did indeed go and vote. I now just want this to be over.
The beer is bottled. The wheat beer that used imported German hops, and imported German malt extract. We can only hope it isn't lethal. I also used my bottle capper for the first time, so hopefully this will open up a whole new world of volume I can produce, since I have a lot more of those bottles now. Weirdly enough, the clear bottles show that this beer is a murky reddish color, rather than the happy gold that I was going for. Upon tasting, I can tell you that it is definitely alcoholic. Very alcoholic.
